Terms of Software Licence and Use

Definitions and agreement

Software means Map Extract and the modules supplied with your licence. We, us and our mean MIRA NOVUM LTD. You means the purchaser or authorised user. Platform means an independent website or service accessed using the Software.

These Terms apply with your order, the Licence, Refunds, Responsible Use and Anti Spam policies. An expressly agreed order term prevails where it specifically changes a commercial term. Mandatory law always prevails. Merely browsing this website does not create a paid licence.

Licence grant

Subject to payment and these Terms, we grant a limited, non exclusive, non transferable licence to use the supplied Software for lawful business research and authorised workflows. The licence is not a sale of intellectual property. Unless your order states otherwise, it permits one active Windows machine.

Do not resell, sublicense, share activation credentials or circumvent licence controls. Statutory rights to interoperability, backup or other permitted acts are unaffected. Obtain written agreement before transferring the licence.

Lifetime licence definition

Lifetime means the period during which we continue developing and making Map Extract available as a commercial product. It does not mean your lifetime, permanent availability or guaranteed access to every future product.

Development may end and individual integrations may be retired. We do not promise perpetual development. We will communicate a product retirement and any effect on activation or access. This definition does not permit us to disregard express purchase commitments or mandatory remedies.

Updates and support

Except where your order or law requires otherwise, we have no continuing duty to release updates, upgrades, fixes or new modules. Discretionary updates have no guaranteed schedule. Support and future product entitlements are limited to what your order expressly includes.

As is basis and functionality

To the extent permitted by law, the Software is provided as is and as available. Sources, fields and actions can stop working. We do not guarantee complete data, uninterrupted operation, inbox placement, search ranking, review removal or commercial results.

You should assess the documented functionality and requirements before purchase. These statements do not exclude a consumer right to digital content that meets statutory standards or a remedy for misdescription.

Platform changes and source quality

Independent platforms can change layouts, APIs, policies or access requirements without notice. Collection can be incomplete, blocked or inaccurate. Check source evidence before relying on results. An integration does not grant permission from its platform.

No affiliation and trademarks

Map Extract is independent software. Third party names and trademarks identify compatibility or research sources and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement or partnership. Their owners retain their rights.

Informational and research use

The Software supports information collection and research with separate authorised actions. It is not intended to evade technical measures. Outputs are not legal, financial or professional advice; verify material facts before relying on them.

User responsibilities and compliance

Use authorised sources, accounts and content. Configure destinations carefully, protect credentials, back up local data and review generated content. You are responsible for the lawfulness of collection, enrichment, disclosure and outreach you direct.

Comply with UK GDPR, PECR and other applicable rules. Identify a lawful basis, respect opt outs and provide required privacy information. Approval in the Software does not replace recipient consent or client authority.

Prohibited uses

Do not use the Software for unlawful access, spam, fraud, harassment, discriminatory targeting, infringement, fabricated evidence, unauthorised testing or bypassing platform restrictions. Do not manipulate reviews or submit allegations unsupported by evidence.

Accounts and platform enforcement

Platforms decide access, delivery, moderation and account restrictions. We do not guarantee that your accounts will remain available and are not responsible for enforcement caused by your conduct or independent platform decisions. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Third party services

Internet access, SMTP, AI providers, platform accounts and other external services may be necessary. You arrange their permissions and pay their charges. Their terms and privacy notices apply. We do not control their availability or decisions.

Fees, payments and refunds

The order must state price, currency, taxes, licence duration and any renewal terms before payment. Checkout and public downloads are currently closed. Published prices do not by themselves accept an order.

Once sales open, completed purchases are generally final with no discretionary change of mind refund, subject to the Refunds Policy, express promises and mandatory rights. No automatic renewal is created unless it is clearly offered and accepted.

Intellectual property

We and our licensors retain rights in the Software, documentation and branding. You retain rights you hold in your inputs. Export does not give you ownership of third party material or remove source restrictions.

Privacy and local databases

Projects and module databases, including reputation.sqlite3, pr.sqlite3, x.sqlite3 and tiktok.sqlite3, are stored locally. Network actions transmit relevant data to their destinations; optional AI features transmit chosen context to the configured provider.

We do not routinely access local projects. If you share material for support, minimise and redact it. Licence validation and website services are separate from local project storage. See the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

Nothing excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability the law does not permit us to limit.

For business customers, subject to that exception and to the extent reasonable and lawful, our total liability arising from the relevant licence is limited to the total fees paid for that licence. We exclude indirect or consequential loss and loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity or goodwill to the extent lawful.

For consumers, we remain responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach or failure to use reasonable care. Consumer statutory rights are not subject to the business liability cap.

Business customer indemnity

Business customers must indemnify us for reasonable losses and third party claims caused by their unlawful use, infringing content or material breach, to the extent they caused those losses. This does not cover our own fault. We will notify you of a claim, mitigate loss and allow reasonable participation in its defence. This clause does not apply to consumers.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate a licence for material breach, substantiated abuse or fraudulent payment. Where practical, we will explain the reason and allow a reasonable opportunity to remedy a remediable breach. Urgent protection may require immediate suspension.

On lawful termination, stop using the licensed Software and remove its copies. Keep your own source records and exports where you are entitled to retain them; we do not require destruction of evidence or personal data records merely because there is a payment dispute. Refunds and outstanding rights follow the law and the relevant policy.

Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms for future purchases and will communicate material changes affecting ongoing services. We will not retrospectively remove mandatory rights or agreed purchase entitlements by changing this page.

English law governs these Terms. For business customers, courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers retain any mandatory protection and right to bring proceedings in their home jurisdiction that applies.
