Lifetime access follows the commercial development life of Map Extract.
Do not share licence credentials, resell access or defeat activation controls.
Your order and mandatory rights take priority over general descriptions.
Licence scope
MIRA NOVUM LTD grants the purchaser a limited, non exclusive and non transferable right to use the supplied Map Extract Software for lawful business purposes. Unless an order expressly states otherwise, the allowance is one active Windows machine.
Licence periods
A fixed period licence lasts for the period stated in the order. Lifetime means the period during which we continue developing and making Map Extract available as a commercial product, not the life of the purchaser or guaranteed perpetual service.
Lifetime does not promise every future product, continued third party access, or indefinite updates and support. Product retirement remains subject to express commitments and mandatory law.
Activation and devices
Keep activation credentials private. Licence validation may require internet access and machine binding. Contact support before a device transfer; do not bypass activation or use the same entitlement concurrently beyond its allowance.
Included modules and external services
Your order identifies the supplied product. Modules may have different setup requirements and availability. SMTP, AI providers and platform accounts are separate services and may have their own charges and terms. Compatibility is not endorsement.
Updates and support
There is no guaranteed update schedule or continuing support duty unless expressly included in your order or required by law. Sources and platform features can change. Check the current module description before relying on an integration.
Restrictions and ownership
Do not resell, sublicense, distribute licence credentials or circumvent safeguards. Copyright and other rights remain with us and our licensors. Legally permitted backup, interoperability and similar rights are unaffected.
Expiry and termination
Stop licensed use when the entitlement expires or is lawfully terminated. Retain or export your own data where you are entitled to do so. Breach, fraud and disputes are handled under the Terms and Refunds Policy.
