This policy covers mapextract.uk and explains its relationship to browser profiles used by Map Extract desktop software. MIRA NOVUM LTD operates this website.

Current website technology

The website serves static pages, images and interactive controls. Its application code does not currently add advertising trackers, analytics cookies or persistent preference storage. Cloudflare provides hosting and security and may use necessary technology when handling requests.

We do not describe all provider technology as optional or promise that no cookie can ever be set. Where non essential storage requiring consent is introduced, it must remain off until valid consent is obtained.

Desktop browser profiles

When you sign into an external platform through the Software, that platform may store cookies and session information in the selected local profile. Those sessions support the account actions you authorise. Platform notices explain their own storage and tracking.

Your controls

You can inspect, block and delete website cookies in your browser. Deleting platform cookies can sign you out and interrupt authorised workflows. Use separate profiles where appropriate and verify the active account before publishing or outreach.

Security and duration

Cookie duration depends on the issuing service and your settings. Protect saved sessions as credentials. Do not send cookie values or entire browser profiles in routine support requests.
